Prices listed for standard items as described are net and subject to

We reserves the right to add any taxes required by local law or ordinance
.Institutions operating under tax-free conditions must state applicable
license or contract number and be prepared to furnish any necessary

Formal quotations are valid for a period of 60 days ,unless otherwise

Packaging
and Shipping:
Equipment is shipped in adequate commercial packing ,for which no charge
is made .All shipments international are by UPS ,DHL or shipper named
by customer .
Warranty:
Unless otherwise specified ,all M&P products carry a 12 month conditional
warranty against defects in components and workmanship from receipt
date .Defective products will either be repaired or replaced at M&P's
discretion within the warranty period .We shall not be liable for damages
resulting from the misuse .
Claims and Returns:
Inspect all shipments upon receipt.Missing cartons or obvious damage to cartons should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed loss or damage should be reported at once to the carrier and an inspection requested. All claims for shortage or damage should be reported at once to the carrier and an inspection requested. All claims for shortage of damage must be made within 10 days after receipt of order. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice or other notification of shipment. Please save damaged of pilfered cartons until claim is settled. Do not return any goods to MP without obtaining prior approval and instructions from our Service Department. Goods returned (unauthorized) by collect freight may be refused. Goods returned which were ordered by customers in error are subject to a 15% restocking charge. No refund will be made for equipment which built as a special orded.
Service:
Contact the MP' Service Department at 00852-65557188 or 0086-755-26418979 for assistance in the repair of apparatus. Do not return goods until instructions have been received. Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit. The customer is responsible for the payment of shipping expenses, including adequate insurance on all items returned for repairs. Identification of the item(s) by model number, name, as well as a complete description of the problems experienced should be written on the repair order.
